The Kelpiens are a species in Star Trek, introduced in Star Trek: Discovery. They're notable in that they are not the only sentient species on their planet, and furthermore that they are prey to the other sentient species on their planet (the Ba'ul). So, I thought it would be cool to make a language for them.
